Iif a person requested a reminder for an urgent to-do it’s obvious that he/she wants to be reminded about that. So, it’s highly probable that such people are not about to talk, despite the fact that person may seem very comunivcative and polite he/she still is seeking for communication. Therefore if you wish to talk a bit longer and have a deeper conversation choose people requested flexible to-does!
Those who reqested a reminder call for a flexible to-do probably did it on purpose, in order for you to call them and have a small talk. Perhaps they didn’t even have difficulty remembering their plans or even made it up themselves to be able to have a pleasant conversation with a stranger or a foreigner. So, if you want only to test our service and to call any person just to exchange a handful of words it’s better to choose requests for urgent to-dos. At least your communication partner won’t be disappointed.
